This Shipping Policy explains how we process, handle, and deliver orders to customers across Tanzania. By placing an order with NOTI, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Shipping Coverage
We deliver across all regions of Tanzania Mainland.
Deliveries to Zanzibar and Pemba may take longer or be subject to additional courier arrangements.
2. Order Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation and payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
- Orders placed after 3:00 PM will be processed the next business day.
- You will receive an order confirmation and tracking update via SMS, WhatsApp, or email once your package is ready to ship.
3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Delivery timelines depend on your location and seller’s warehouse.

| Major Cities (Morogoro, Arusha, Mwanza, Dodoma, Mbeya) | 2–4 business days |
| Other Regions | 3–7 business days |
Note: Delivery times may vary during high-demand seasons or due to transport delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
- Delivery location
- Package weight and size
- Seller’s dispatch location
Some sellers may offer Free Delivery promotions on selected products or minimum order amounts.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
You can also track your order directly on your NOTI account dashboard under “My Orders.”
6. Multiple Sellers / Split Deliveries
If your order includes items from multiple sellers, they may be shipped separately and arrive on different dates.
You will receive separate tracking updates for each shipment.
7. Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt fails (e.g., incorrect address, unreachable contact, or customer unavailable), our delivery team will contact you to reschedule.
Unclaimed orders after 5 days may be returned to the seller.
8. Pick-Up Points
In selected areas, customers can choose to collect their orders from designated NOTI partner pick-up stations.
You will be notified once your order is ready for pickup.
9. Delays & Exceptions
NOTI is committed to timely delivery, but delays may occur due to:
- Unfavourable weather or transport conditions
- Public holidays
- Remote delivery locations
- High seasonal demand
We will always keep you informed of any unexpected delays.
